Reporting - Group Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· To plan and achieve order booking targets for Low Voltage Electrical Distribution Products. Products include Switchgears, Contractors, Starters, Motion, and Drives, Low End Control Automation, etc.
· Managing and developing existing Customer base.
· Develop new customers and have consultant approvals.
· Leverage the channel (Distributors/ Stockists, Dealers, Retailers, System Integrators) to address the customer applications & nurturing them for technical capability enhancement.
· To gain market share within the Region.
· Managing Sales Promotions Events.
Knowledge:
Has good knowledge of Switchgears, Contractors, Starters, Motion, Drives and Low End Control Products.
Has the approach and temperament to have repeated businesses from OEM, is good in followups and should have business Acumen to handle OEM Business Market.
Skills:
Has good level of technical skills in Switchgears, Contractors, Starters, Motion, Drives and Low End Control Products.
Is able to handle Key Accounts and has the ability to convince them with
Compelling arguments.
Is able to negotiate and build relationships.
Excellent influencing and convincing skills.

Technical Expert (Electrical Distribution Products LV)
Be a Member of the front line Technical expert team and thereby increase the Company’s level of service to Customers with the goal of improving our Customer Satisfaction rating, while underpinning the Company’s annual growth objectives.
Be a part of the team of Level 2 experts (TSC Organization) to support India and Satellite countries on Level 2 Technical Queries.
MAIN OBJECTIVES – MISSION
1. Achieve the TSC KPIs.
2. Follow all TSC processes.
3. Become a Technical Expert through self training and learning on Electrical Distribution (LV) Family of Products.
4. Development of knowledge data base.
5. Work Closely with Level 1 team to provide a solution to customer in an efficient manner.
6. Handle the call flow from internal/external Customers of the countries supported.
7. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of working to TSC Manager.
POSITION OF THE JOB IN THE ORGANISATION
Reporting to the TSC Manager.
KNOW HOW
1. Should be an Electrical Engineer (BE/Diploma).
2. Should have adequate knowledge of all Electrical Distribution products – DIT & ABT i.e. MCB’s, MPCB’s, RCB’s, MCCB’s, ACB’s CT, PT…..
3. Sound knowledge on Computer and Internet also a must.
4. Should possess good Communication Skills.
5. Should be ready to work in day shifts.
6. Should be self motivated, hardworking & sincere.
7. Filed Experience (After Sales) background preferred.
Degree Holder 2-3 Yrs of Experience / Diploma Holder 5-6 Yrs of Experience.
