Job Profile:
To have overall responsibility for managing retail network of branches in AP/MH
To identify franchisee partners to manage this retail network, or to a lesser extent, to manage the retail network directly
To drive sales each month through the retail network, and consistently meet both sales and receivable collection targets
To work closely with supply and logistics for accurate forecasting, always striving to minimise the company’s overall inventory holdings
To provide a total platform for franchisees to operate a local solar energy business, and to train, equip, and audit them to ensure that they are adhering to company policies / regulationsTo manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) who, in turn, will help to manage 8-10 retail branches each

· Responsible for marketing and sales for a group of customers or certain products
· Responsible for placing offers, negotiations and getting orders for defined area
· Responsible for co-ordination of related OEM projects (Small: alone / Large: with a project manager)
4 Responsible for sales targets & Collections and achievements in conjunction with regions, including reporting
5 Responsible for system input (SAP) for planning monthly manufacturing schedules
· Responsible for Business intelligence (Market, Customers, Competitors)
· Responsible for co-ordination with SV product Divisions as required
